Surgical Spirit
K.C.P. Sugar and Industries Corporation Limited had established a surgical spirit plant with the capacity of 25 KLD in the year 2022 at its Distillery Plant. Surgical spirit is produced by blending of Chemicals with Ethanol, which is a highly purified form of ethanol and diluting it to the specified concentration.
Product Uses for Medical and Health Care.
- Used to disinfect and sterilize the skin's surface before medical procedures in Hospitals and Laboratories.
- Used to Would Cleaning , minor cuts and abrasions to kill bacteria and preventing infection.
- Utilized for cleaning and sterilizing medical equipment and instruments
- It is an antiseptic, it's primarily for external skin and not a substitute for hand sanitizers in all situations.
